About the Event

It takes 21 days to rewire your brain and make a new habit part of your routine, so starting Thursday, July 1st, we’re kicking off a challenge that will help you do exactly that. Join us for our 21 DAY WORKOUT CHALLENGE!!!

To join the challenge, registration is FREE and you'll get all the workouts, but for those looking to up their challenge, upgrade your registration to ACTIVE CHALLENGER and you'll get to train Live with Coach Amy online!!!  Workouts are at 7am (GMT+8) so that's 7pm for those in Canada.

1. You will be given your daily challenge the NIGHT BEFORE.

2. You have ONE FULL DAY to complete each daily challenge.

3. NO PIGGY BACKING on the daily challenges. It’s strictly one per day.

4. If you miss a challenge, DON’T GIVE UP. Just continue the next day. You CAN STILL win a prize!!!

5. This is open to ALL WOMEN, regardless of if you’re in the Philippines or not.

6. Participation is FREE but registration is required.

Either go to or message us to get you registered.  By registering, this simply lets us know who is participating, who is eligible for prizes, and it will help us keep you updated.

7. A social media post secures you did that day’s challenge.

You can either post a public post or privately send it to us directly. Also you’re not limited here with what you can post; it’s up to you. So whether you post yourself doing the challenge, reacting to having done it, or post a picture, we just want to who is ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING in each day’s challenge and we will be taking record of this.


Health and fitness IS MORE than just a physical thing, it’s a mind, body and spirit thing. We will be focusing primarily on staying physically active, however, it’s unrealistic and not healthy to force you to train your body every single day. Instead, we’ll be posing daily challenges here and there that deal with flexing your biggest muscle, your brain.  So expect some mental wellness activities.

9. The MORE LADIES who participate, the MORE PRIZES we will prepare!!!

It’s NOTjust about who did all 21 days, it’s also about who showed dedication and fitspiration, who entertained us and gave us an extra push, and who gave it their honest best regardless of their fitness level. This is about accountability and making healthy habits. Each challenge will roughly take 30 minutes to 1 hour out of your day and that’s where the focus is – did you make this a daily priority?!

10. Have fun, ask questions, tag friends,… help build our community of Empowered women. Empowered women empower women.

We will definitely keep you all updated with everyone’s progress (and with the accumulation of prizes too), so don’t worry about that.  And when Wednesday, July 21st arrives, we’ll conclude the 21 Day Workout Challenge with a big bang.
