So you can do the basic bounce, the two-feet jump, for 3 minutes straight but now what?! Exactly. In this class we will be focusing on taking your basic jump roping to the next level by teaching you how to do the single step, double step, high knees, and even a fancy intro to kick off your skipping (and impress the other fighters). This is still a beginners class to jump rope but it's for those of you who know how to do the basic bounce for one round and want to build upon that but want guidance.
