About the Event

You've been practicing how to jump rope, how to skip, so now let's put what we've learned into practice and see how we can really work up a sweat skipping.  You must have a skipping rope and you must be able to do the basic bounce for 1 full round of 3 minutes.  You must also be prepared to workout and get gym nasty.
