At-Home Practice for Core Conditiong

Heyyyyyyyyy,,, we were missing 9 out of the anticipated 13 Empowered ladies today!!!

We hope you're all doing well and that you weren't missing in action because of anything serious. Today's Core Conditioning was a repeat of last week's exercises but we played around with the timing, doing 40 seconds on, 20 off, 20 on, 20 off, then 40 on, 20 off.

Sounds complicated?! It wasn't, but for your At-Home Practice, you're to simply repeat the exercises from last week but do 10 reps of each, 2 sets, and then go on to the next exercise. If that is too hard, then do 10 reps of each, so 10 of exercise 1, 10 of exercise 2, etc., and then do another set of them all.
