At-Home Practice for this week's L.I.F.T.

For your At-Home Practice this week, Lifters, I'm simply going to type out exactly what we did today in our morning L.I.F.T. Camp class, with the exception of the hack squats with rows. I lowered the number to 5 for each side because one minute just wasn't enough so we ended up having to stop the time.


For the most part, you should be familiar with the exercises, you might have to Goggle how to do them with the bands, but if you have any questions, just leave your question in the comment section below and I'll happily answer them.

AMRAP -- As Many Rounds As Possible, 5 mins

10 leg swings

10 sumo squats

10 side leg raises

10 knee tucks


PLANK TIME: 1 minute on, 30 seconds off

1 minute forward & sides


AMRAP -- As Many Rounds As Possible, 5 mins

10 bicep curls

10 upright rows

10 tricep kickbacks

10 superman rows


PLANK TIME: 1 minute on, 30 seconds off

1 minute forward & sides


EMOM -- Every Minute On the Minute, 12 mins

Minute #1/5/9 -- 10 narrow squats with left and right kickbacks

Minute #2/6/10 -- 10 face pulls (don't forget to do both sides!)

Minute #3/7/11 -- 5 hack squats with back row

Minute #4/8/12 -- 10 lat pulldowns (left and right)
