Boxing II At-Home Practice
Good jAb today Revenge Fighters, keep it up!!! Missing fighters, please show up!!!

TODAY’S FOCUS:
1. Body shot
2. Upper cut
3. Triple throws
4. Maintaining guard
PRO TIPS…
1. When throwing either the body hook or body shot, drop the shoulder of the arm
you’re throwing. Dropping the shoulder will make you less square with your
opponent and give you more reach.
2. Remember to reach out and punch out when throwing a body shot, as opposed to
punching upwards. Your target is the core, not the chin like an upper cut.
3. When you throw a body shot, your palm is up. A body shot and body hook are not
the same thing.
