Consistency is key

Ladies, if you're sick and tired of giving up than just stop giving up. Of course that's so much easier said than done, I know, but I really hope you're taking this challenge seriously and looking at it from the point of view of taking from it what you can and using it to make a healthier, stronger and more active lifestyle.


The key word here with ALL of what Empowered promotes is LIFESTYLE.


So, on that note, please see about joining me online for another live workout. If you're perhaps shy or nervous about joining, please don't be. I've never had a workout where the women training together aren't super supportive of each other or energetic and positive. So mark it on your calendar, this Monday, July 18th at 7:30am. I'll even let you bring a friend, how's that for making you feel more comfortable?! Exactly.
