For the Lifters...

When I told you we "only had" 4 exercises to do and 4 sets of each, I knew I wasn't fooling you. The first exercise was comprised of 4 different exercises; it was quite the compound exercise.

For your At-Home Practice this week, I'm giving you a 100 rep challenge. Your challenge, should you accept it, is to do 100 reps of the first exercise we did in class together today.

It might not be the easiest exercise of the hardest, but focus on your form, keep a steady pace, and see how long it'll take you to rock out 100 reps.

I'd say good luck here but you don't need luck, you've got determination and strong legs. Let's get it done Lifters!!!
