Friday's Body Pump
Yes.... you'll see burpees too. Hey, it's only once in a blue moon we ever give you burpees and this past week was your "lucky" week.

For yesterday's Body Pump, we did a EMOM workout -- Every Minute On the Minute, and we split the workout into 5 different rounds, each consisting of 5 minutes and ending with a two minute break.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 medium kettlebell/ dumbbell
FIRST ROUND
1st minute. 20 KB swings
2n3 minute. 10 release push ups
3rd minute. 20 kettlebell squats
4th minute. 10 burpees
5th minute. 60 second plank hold
TWO MINUTE BREAK
SECOND ROUND
1st minute. 25 KB swings
2nd minute. 15 release push ups
3rd minute. 25 kettlebell squats
4th minute. 15 burpees
5th minute. 60 second plank hold
TWO MINUTE BREAK
THIRD ROUND -- same as the first round (with two minute break)
FOURTH ROUND -- same as the second round
