Lifter Renee is killing me, I'm convinced of it. She's been super dedicated to showing up for class, proving that she's quite the force to reckon with, so we have mad respect for her. It only means though that I, Coach Amy, have to train extra hard to keep up with her!
1. back row to tricep kick backs
2. standing knee tucks with side leg raise to kick back
3. bicep curl to shoulder raise
4. alternating cross knee tucks
This was today's workout, well kind of, I changed it a bit, but for your At-Home Practice, it's to do this on repeat one more time this week BUT to do 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. I'll let you pick how many sets of this you want to do, 4-6 sets.
If you do 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, the set of 4 exercises will take you 4 minutes, so if you choose to only do 4 sets with 1 minute rest in between each set/round, your total workout time will only be 19 minutes. See, that's not so bad, not so long. Try it out, let me know how it goes.
