We're still going strong with the 21 Day Workout Challenge so MAD PROPS to all you ladies who are staying committed, staying focused and getting stronger. You're doing awesome. We just wanted to give you a bit of an insider's scoop, a heads up, on what is coming for Empowered just around the corner.

A NEW schedule.

A NEW workout program.

...and even NEW details for the current online programs.


Our Revenge Fight Training will go from two levels of boxing to just the one. This was a hard decision to make but a necessary one but don't worry, it's a very good one. Our L.I.F.T. Camp will remain the same but did you notice the new program? Get Swole, our online weight training workout program. Yes, you will need weights but no, you won't need many so don't worry. One or two light weights for your upper body and a heavier one for your lower body will be more than enough.
