One For the Lifters!


I'm going to let you off a bit easy this week Lifters because today's Set Two was rough on the legs; I think we can all agree to that. What we didn't load our workout with though was a set solely on core. So for this week's At-Home Practice, you're getting core.... yeahhhh!!! I picked some super basic core exercises that we've done before, nothing that you have to guess on the form or whatnot.


At-Home Practice:

  1. Russian twists

  2. Toe touches

  3. Reverse crunches

  4. Splinter sit ups

1 set of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off x 3 rounds.

The total workout time is 16 minutes, 19 minutes if you add a minute break in between each round.
