Ladies, we're a little over a week away from saying we survived 2020 quarantine. Yeah us!!! Many of you joined our Boxing Bootcamp and many of you went the full eight rounds so mad props to you but quarantine life still continues and I know it's ticking some of you off, me included.

Viola, Revenge Fight Training. It's kind of like Boxing Bootcamp but one with vengeance. Nine months of quarantine passed us and it pissed us off but let's not let another nine months go past us again without us fighting and fighting harder than before. Let's fight for better health, fight for sanity and fight because it sure beats sitting around complaining and hoping things will get better.

Introducing REVENGE FIGHT TRAINING, Round One -- 1 month, 3 days of training.

Day one is Monday, January 11th, 2021.

Monday, 7am -- Core Conditioning Tuesday, 7am -- Boxing II (Pro Stars) Wednesday, 7am -- Boxing I (Amateurs & Enthusiasts) Friday, 7am -- Full body functional training
