Some At-Home Practice for Boxing II

Hi fighters, today we had our rescheduled Tuesday class and we worked on numerous variations of a relatively simple combo. I had them all typed up so I thought I'd share them with you here so you can practice them at home.

COMBO: Parry down, double jab, lead hook, 2-1-2, lead hook

(Remember, if you're Orthodox, your lead is your left, if South Paw, your lead is your right).


VARIATION 1

Parry down, double jab, PIVOT OUT hook, step with weave RIGHT, 2-1-body 2, hook


VARIATION 2

Parry down, double jab, PIVOT OUT CORKSCREW HOOK, step with weave RIGHT, 2-1-BODY HOOK, hook


VARIATION 3

Parry down, double jab, PIVOT IN, hook, weave LEFT, 2-1-body 2, hook


VARIATION 4

Parry down, double jab, PIVOT IN, CORKSCREW HOOK, weave LEFT, 2-1-BODY HOOK, hook


VARIATION 5

Parry down, double jab, OVERHAND RIGHT HOOK, double, PIVOT OUT, 2-1-body 2, hook
