Some "fun" stuff for the Level 3 Fighters

Okay fighters, so today you killed it at training, mad props to you. In class today, I taught you 8 different heavy bag exercises that you could do on your homemade heavy bag. So for your At-Home Practice this week, I've created a 6 round workout for you that will have you getting gym nasty on your bag and setting your abs on fire, too. "Enjoy"!

For an added challenge, give yourself only 30 seconds in between rounds and do the entire workout two times -- TWELVE ROUNDS!!! Go ahead, get it champ!
