There's a huge whack of online boxing workout ideas for you online but I thought I'd pick one that's relatively simple to grasp and easy enough for even the beginner of beginner boxers to do.


For those in my Boxing II of the Revenge Fight Training, feel free to switch up the combo, make your own and replace it in this workout. The idea here is to throw bunches of punches, get your heart rate elevated, get gym nasty and build your body stronger.
