I wanted to apologize though, the weekly calendar that was in the newsletter was incorrect and I didn't notice it wasn't the final version until one of you ladies noticed it. So, here it is, edited. Please note we did miss the Challenge Day on Saturday so we'll be making this week's challenge for Challenge Day the same as the one that was intended for yesterday.

Also, did you notice this week there are TWO LIVE ONLINE WORKOUTS?!?!?!
