I love the whole 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off for you, or 35:15, but I got a good response from you all with doing the drop set so I'll give you that for your At-Home Practice. For this drop set setup, you'll only be doing 5 sets of 3 different exercises. Don't forget to pick your level!
At-Home Practice for Core Conditioning:
1. Knee to elbow plank (right knee to right elbow, left knee to left elbow = 1 rep)
2. Seated knee tucks
3. Reverse crunches
Level 1 : 20-15-10-10-5 ...for a grand total of 180 reps!
Level 2: 25-20-15-10-10 ...for a grand total of 240 reps!!
Level 3: 30-25-20-15-10 ...for a grand total of 330 reps!!!
IF YOU WANT A BIGGER CHALLENGE... add a fourth exercise of your choice!
