Week 2 At-Home Practice for Level One Fighters

Good afternoon fighters, for those in Level One with Coach Carol, here is your At-Home Practice that she's created for you. The purpose of the At-Home Practice is to keep you active during the week and give you some extra practice so that you're better prepared for the next workout.


Each week's workout builds upon the previous one so it's in your best interest to get in that extra practice, work on things you need to improve upon, and continue to push yourself. We only coach you 1 hour a week in boxing, then 1 hour in core conditioning, but there's so many hours in the week, so many hours in between those two workouts, so let's continue to grow stronger as athletes, as fighters, as empowered women.
