Today we had quite the intense full body workout so props to you all for waking up early on a Friday morning and pumping out some mad effort -- YEAH YOU!!!

Here is your At-Home Practice, Weekend Edition:


SET ONE

10 walk outs

9 pike push-ups

8 pilates swimmers

7 single arm tricep push-ups (left and right)

6 push ups

5 wake ups

4 single arm tricep push-ups (left and right)

3 pilates swimmers

2 pike push-ups

1 walk out


SET TWO

10 alternating plank leg lifts with tuck

9 Bulgarian split squats (left and right)

8 sumo squat shuffle with jump

7 split straight leg lunge (left and right)

6 frog jumps

5 sumo squats

4 split straight leg lunge (left and right)

3 sumo squat shuffle with jump

2 Bulgarian split squats (left and right)

1 alternating plank leg lift with tuck


...now I'll leave it up to you with regards to how many sets you want to do, 1-3.
