Attention Empowered Fighters

 Starting this week and continuing every second week of each month, the following will occur for each and every one of our personal training fighters training at Empowered Clubhouse:

 

Monthly body reads
Monthly weigh-ins
Monthly goals
Monthly goal tracking
Monthly P.A.T. reports

 

We take great pride in how hard our fighters train and I know Coach Amy pushes you hard, but we want to up your game and help ENSURE results and help you reach your goals. You want results and we want you to get results, it’s as simple as that. So let’s sit down this week and map out what you want so that we can build upon how we’re going to get such results.

 

We’re committed to you and we want to help you become more committed to being fit and the key is to making it a lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be challenging and it doesn’t have to be complicated; we’ve got your back. We’re in your corner, don’t worry. So let’s slay these Ber Months and really start to get you to own your health by being more proactive, more focused and more determined than ever.
