IT'S COOL TO BE KIND
At Empowered, we firmly believe in the power of women empowering women, and that includes empowering the women of tomorrow – the young girls we fondly call the Lil' Sistas. These girls may be young today, but they are the future strong, independent, and empowered women of tomorrow. We are committed to providing them with hope, encouragement, guidance, and positive role models to help them grow into their full potential and embrace their strength. The Lil' Sistas Project is our heartfelt outreach program, launched in 2018 by Coach Amy. Originally sparked from her visit to the Holy Family Home Foundation in Makati, it expanded when she heard about the Center of Hope, a recovery safe house for human trafficking survivors created by Voice of the Free. Since then, we've mentored and coached over 300 underprivileged girls, empowering them to become fierce and resilient women.

Recently, we resumed in-person Lil' Pow Boxing sessions with the Lil' Sistas at Holy Family Home, bringing moments of laughter, growth, and bonding during our 3-4 hour sessions.
Our main focus now is launching Level Up, a skills set preparation program to equip them with vital life skills for a confident, independent future.
